Sour cream sauce with red fish will help you diversify your festive table on Shrovetide. The thick mixture can be used as a pancake pie filling or served separately.

- - 150 g lightly salted or salted salmon
- - 1 bunch of dill
- - 1 tsp. adjiki
- - 200 g sour cream
- - 1 stalk of tarragon
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the tarragon leaves and dill thoroughly. Cut the lightly salted salmon fillet into very small pieces. In a separate container, mix sour cream, adjika and tarragon. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 2
Add chopped salmon fillet and some dill to the resulting mixture. Mix everything thoroughly again. Add black pepper to taste.
Step 3
The prepared mixture can be served in its original form, but it is better to grind all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass using a blender, thereby getting rid of the lumpy consistency. When serving, garnish the sauce with the remaining finely chopped dill or parsley sprigs.
