  • Yeast-free puff pastry (ready-made) - 400 g;
  • Chicken drumstick - 6 pcs.;
  • Seasoning for chicken, salt - to taste;
  • Medium potatoes - 5 pcs.;
  • Pickled mushrooms - 130 g;
  • The yolk of one egg;
  • Milk - 80 ml.

Instructions

Step 1

The potatoes should be peeled and boiled, while the water should be salted. Then prepare the puree by pouring in the warmed milk.

Step 2

Rinse chicken drumsticks, dry, add seasoning to taste. Then you need to fry them in a pan in vegetable oil almost until tender.

Step 3

Pickled mushrooms need to be chopped into slices. It is allowed to use fresh, this will not affect the taste of the dish, in this case they need to be fried in a pan.

Step 4

The finished puff pastry must be rolled out slightly. If it has been stored in a freezer, you must first defrost it at room temperature. After that, the dough is cut into squares (6 pieces) measuring 15 by 15 centimeters.

Step 5

In their central part, you need to put cooked mashed potatoes and mushrooms. The roasted chicken drumstick is placed vertically and pressed into the filling for stability.

Step 6

Next, the edges of the dough need to be lifted and pinned around the shin bone. Tie the dough with a thread so that the structure does not disintegrate during frying.

Step 7

Then put the prepared bags into a mold and grease with egg yolk. They should be baked in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. When the dough is browned, the dish is ready. Before serving, be sure to remove the threads by cutting them with scissors.
