There are a huge number of different brands of stew on store shelves. The choice, of course, is pretty good, but does this product justify itself? I tend to think that the quality of many products is poor. I propose not to risk it and cook a delicious stew at home.
It is necessary

Step 1
Chop pork meat with a knife, cutting into small pieces. Just remember to cut off all the excess fat first. For cooking stew, it is best to use meat from a shoulder blade.

After sterilizing the glass jar, place the bay leaf on the bottom of the jar, then the seasoned meat. Make sure that the meat is packed fairly tightly. Cover the cookware with a sterilized lid and place it in the oven.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. When the meat in the jar boils, lower the temperature in the oven to 150 degrees and cook the stew for another 3 hours.

In the meantime, melt the bacon. To do this, cut it into small pieces, put it in a brazier, and then melt the fat out of it, heating it over low heat.

After 3 hours, remove the meat can from the oven. Pour the melted fat over the braised pork. Place the lid tightly on the dishes and leave at room temperature until they cool completely.
