Step 1

To prepare this dish, you will need either a deep frying pan or a cauldron, and you can also use a multicooker.

Before proceeding with the direct preparation of the stew, you will need to prepare all the ingredients. So, rinse and peel the onion. The onion will need to be cut into small cubes using a sharp knife.

Peel the carrots off and rinse well. It should also be cut into small cubes. Remove the seed, all seeds and stalk from the pepper. After that, the vegetable should be cut into small squares.

You will need to peel the tomatoes off. This is easy enough to do by scalding them with freshly boiled water. After the skins have been removed, cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Pour sunflower oil into the dishes in which you will cook the stew and put it on a hot stove. After the oil heats up, pour the prepared carrots and onions into it. After 2 minutes, add bell pepper. Fry vegetables until half cooked.

Peel the potato tubers and cut into small cubes. Then add them to the rest of the vegetables and sauté with regular stirring.

The cabbage must be rinsed in running water, allowed to drain off excess liquid, and then finely chopped. The stalk is removed from the zucchini, then it is cut into small cubes. Pour zucchini and cabbage into the fried vegetables, as well as a little salt. After that, cover the container with a lid and simmer over low heat for about half an hour.

At the very end, finely chopped dill, peeled, washed and chopped garlic cloves, as well as ground black pepper are added to the stew. Everything is mixed well and left for a quarter of an hour, but do not forget to turn off the heat and cover the container with a lid.
