Potatoes with stew is one of the easiest dishes to prepare. You can whip up potatoes with stew, without any other ingredients, if you are in nature, for example, in the country. At home, you can decorate the taste and aroma of this dish by adding vegetables and spices.

- potatoes - 6 pcs.;
- stewed meat - 1 can;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
- sour cream - 50 g.;
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- peppercorns - 3 pcs.;
- dill
- Bay leaf
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash all vegetables with cold water. Peel the potatoes. Cut it into cubes and lightly fry in sunflower oil. To do this, use a skillet with high sides.
Step 2
Peel carrots and onions. Cut them into small pieces and fry them in a separate small skillet. Put the stew, cut in advance with a knife in a jar, here. Stir the vegetables with the stew with a wooden spatula, and fry for three minutes. Then add this mixture to the skillet with potatoes and stir.
Step 3
Pour in some boiled or filtered water, add bay leaf and peppercorns.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into small pieces. Add chopped vegetables to the skillet, salt and stir again. Simmer over medium heat until the potatoes are soft and tasty.
Step 5
At the end of cooking, add sour cream, chopped dill and garlic. After that, stew the dish for a couple of minutes, and you can treat your friends to stewed potatoes with stew.
