Thanks to the use of milk sauce when cooking pork, the meat is very juicy and tender.
It is necessary
- - 500 ml of milk
- - 600 g pork
- - coriander
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - vegetable oil
- - butter
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pork into thin plates, beat each of which on both sides with a meat hammer. Rub the blanks with coriander, black pepper and salt.
Step 2
Chop the garlic, put in the pan. Pour in a little vegetable oil and half of the available milk. Bring the mixture to a boil and add the pork to the contents. Simmer the dish over low heat for 40-50 minutes.
Step 3
As the liquid evaporates, add the remaining milk in small portions. Before serving, add butter to the contents of the pan and wait for it to melt. Boiled white beans will become an original side dish for tender pork. The sauce left over after frying can be used as a dressing.
