To prepare the dish you will need: 500 g of meat, 500 ml of cream with a fat content of 10% to 20%, 300 g of mushrooms, 200 g of cheese, 2 tbsp. dried herbs, vegetable oil, salt, spices - to taste. Cut the pork into small pieces. Peel, wash the mushrooms, chop them. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Fry the pork in a skillet preheated with butter. You need to fry the meat for about half an hour. Add mushrooms, salt, add pepper, stir and keep on the stove for 10 minutes. Pour in the cream, simmer for 10 minutes. Then add herbs, add cheese, stir and remove from heat. The dish is ready.

Potatoes and spaghetti are suitable as a side dish for pork.

Cook pork in a creamy white wine and mushroom sauce. You will need: 1 kg of meat, 0.5 liters of dry white wine. For the sauce: 400 ml of cream, 500 g of any mushrooms, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 4 tomatoes or 250 ml of tomato juice or 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 100 g butter, salt, spices - to taste. Prepare the meat: cut off bones, skin, bacon. Cut the pork into 1.5 cm slices. Cut along the grain. Put the slices of meat in a deep baking sheet, salt and pepper, pour 0.5 tbsp. wine. Cover the top with foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 45 minutes.

Cook the creamy sauce. Wash and cut the mushrooms into thin slices, put them in a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons. water, salt and lemon juice. Cover the saucepan with a lid, put on high heat, let it boil and cook for 2 minutes. Pour the liquid from the mushrooms into the skillet, pour in the rest of the wine and add the finely chopped onions. Cook the sauce over high heat until it is halved in volume. Then add the chopped tomatoes and meat juice from the baking sheet. Simmer the sauce at a high boil until its volume is halved. Pour in the cream and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened. Remove the pan from the stove, add butter, salt, pepper. Place the mushrooms on the meat, pour over the sauce. Place the baking sheet in the hottest oven for a few minutes to lightly brown the surface.

When serving, cut the meat into portions and pour over the sauce from the baking sheet.

Cook pork with mushrooms and potatoes in a creamy sauce. Required: 800 g of pork (fillet), 2 large onions, 5-6 potato tubers, 800 g of champignons, 1 tbsp. cream (35%), 2 tbsp. flour, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 200 g of hard cheese, pepper, salt - to taste, 2, 5 tbsp. water. Wash and chop the mushrooms, place them in a skillet heated with olive oil, simmer them over high heat until the liquid boils away. Fry them, pepper, salt, add flour and stir. Pour in the cream, mix until the sauce is smooth, then gradually add water while stirring the sauce. Cook until thick.

Cut the meat into layers, beat off. Cut the onion into rings. Put half the onion on the bottom of the baking dish, then the meat, pepper, salt. Put the onion on top, on it the potatoes, cut into slices. Season with salt, pour in the creamy mushroom sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 200-210 ° C for 1 hour. Remove the foil, sprinkle the cheese on the dish and put it back in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
