Many residents of our country love Italian cuisine. Which, however, is not surprising, because pasta recipes are very simple to perform and allow you to very quickly prepare a delicious Italian dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients:
- Durum wheat pasta - 1 pack;
- Mushrooms (porcini or champignons) 500 g;
- Garlic;
- Onion;
- Cream 15% fat - 200 ml;
- Parmesan cheese;
- Olive oil;
- Provencal herbs;
- Flour 1 tbsp;
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Boil the pasta in slightly salted water until it becomes "aldente", which in the terminology of Italian cuisine means "slightly undercooked." Throw the finished pasta in a colander and drain all the water. Then return the pasta to the pan, add 1 tbsp there. olive oil and Provencal herbs by eye, mix everything thoroughly, close the lid and set aside.
- To prepare the creamy mushroom sauce, you need to thoroughly rinse the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. You can take mushrooms that you personally like. The pasta will be delicious with mushrooms, chanterelles, and porcini mushrooms.
- Pour olive oil into a frying pan and heat. Throw the garlic grated on a fine grater into the pan and fry until golden brown, stirring quickly. Garlic burns quickly, so it's better not to leave the stove. After the garlic, put mushrooms, salt a little so that excess moisture begins to stand out, and leave on the stove until the liquid has completely evaporated.
- Put the chopped onion with the mushrooms and fry everything together until the onions are translucent. Add a spoonful of flour to the skillet and fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour a glass of cream into a pan with mushrooms, add black pepper, stir and leave on the stove until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Put some pasta on a wide flat plate, a couple of large tablespoons of creamy mushroom sauce on top and sprinkle everything with grated Parmesan.
That's it, the Italian dinner is ready. Such a dish will surely add variety to the familiar home menu.
