Lovers of Italian cuisine will appreciate the taste of fettuccine with ham and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. The dish is prepared in 20 minutes.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - fettuccine paste - 250 g;
- - cream of 20% fat content - 200 ml;
- - ham - 100 g;
- - champignons - 100 g;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - wheat flour - 1, 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tsp;
- - grated parmesan, salt, fresh herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and salt to the water - then they will stick together less. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain the water.
Step 2
Grind the mushrooms, boil in water for 10 minutes, salt.
Step 3
Make a creamy sauce. Melt butter in a skillet, add flour, mix until smooth. Pour in the mushrooms along with the broth, mix. Chop the ham and add it to the sauce too.
Step 4
Mix the sauce with the pasta, add the grated Parmesan, garnish with fresh herbs of your choice. Bon Appetit!
