Instructions

Step 1

The meat should first be beaten off, and then chopped with a knife in any order. The smaller the pieces, the tastier the dish will be. As a result, you should have minced meat. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. The main thing at this stage is to thoroughly knead the minced meat.

Step 2

Rinse the mushrooms and cut with a knife, then fry a little in olive oil. Put chopped onions in the same pan, continuing to cook over low heat.

Step 3

While the mushroom and onion mixture is cooling, cook the cauliflower until half cooked. The vegetable should be slightly crunchy.

Step 4

Take minced meat, divide into several parts. Form a small tortilla from each part, place some onion-mushroom mixture in the center and make small meatballs. Do not forget to leave half of the fried mushrooms and onions.

Step 5

Fry meatballs in olive oil. Prepare the pots. Lay the layers on the bottom. The first is the remaining mixture of mushrooms and onions, the second is cauliflower, and the third is meatballs.

Step 6

Prepare the fill. To do this, gently heat the cream over low heat, gradually adding melted cheese. Remember to stir.

Step 7

Pour the butter over the pots and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes. While the pots are cooking, take white bread and crush it with your hands, after cutting off the crust. Grate hard cheese, add chopped bread and herbs. Get in the way.

Step 8

Remove the pots from the oven and place a layer of cheese, bread and herbs on top. Send the dish back to the oven and cook until tender.
