How to diversify your daily menu? It's very easy with casseroles. This casserole turns out to be very tasty and unusual. And the main plus of casseroles is that you can add any of your favorite products to it.
It is necessary
- - 600 g frozen mushrooms;
- - 6 potatoes;
- - 200 g mozzarella;
- - 150 g of hard cheese;
- - 2 onions;
- - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 chili pepper;
- - 1 sprig of rosemary;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 20 ml cream;
- - 2 eggs.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse and peel the potatoes. Boil, then drain and let the tubers cool. Rinse the pepper and remove the stem and seeds. Chop with a knife. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
Step 2
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. If the onion is large, cut it in half. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry the garlic and pepper in it. After a couple of minutes, add the onion and rosemary. Fry over low heat. Stir to avoid burning. The onion should take on a golden color.
Step 3
Defrost the mushrooms and place in the pan. Fry them until light golden brown, then season with salt and pepper. Cut the cooled potatoes into circles.
Step 4
Now fill. Beat the eggs and cream with a mixer. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the cream and eggs. Leave some cheese on top for the parcel. Season with salt and pepper, then stir well.
Step 5
Grease a refractory baking dish with oil. Lay out the mushrooms first. Followed by a layer of chopped mozzarella and then chopped potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Pour all the prepared filling of cream, eggs and cheese. Spread the remaining grated cheese evenly over the entire surface. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees in advance.
Step 7
Place the casserole in an already hot oven for half an hour. Cut the prepared casserole into portions and serve with your favorite herbs.
