- 200 grams of broccoli
- 150 grams of champignons,
- 5 eggs,
- 0.5 cups of milk
- 0.5 cups flour
- 100 grams of hard cheese
- some salt
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour cold water into a saucepan, add a little salt and boil broccoli until half cooked.
Step 2
Divide the broccoli into florets. Spread the broccoli florets evenly over the baking dish.
Step 3
Rinse the champignons well, cut into slices or quarters. Place the mushrooms over the broccoli. Drizzle with vegetable or olive oil.
Step 4
Beat five eggs lightly, add half a glass of milk, salt and stir well.
Step 5
Add sifted flour to the egg-milk mixture (it is better to add in portions so that there are no lumps), mix.
Step 6
Add the prepared grated cheese (set aside a little cheese for sprinkling the dish), stir.
Step 7
Pour the resulting mass of cabbage with mushrooms, sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wrap the cabbage and mushrooms dish in foil. Place the dish in the oven and bake for half an hour.
Step 9
Cool the finished casserole a little (10-15 minutes will be enough). Cut into portions and serve with sour cream.
