The broccoli and salmon casserole is very easy to prepare. Such a dish will help you in any unforeseen situation, for example, if guests have come and you need to prepare a simple and tasty dish.

- - 200 g broccoli
- - 35 g of rice
- - 100 g smoked salmon
- - 1 egg
- - 50 ml cream
- - 3 tbsp. l. sour cream
- - 50 g of Russian (Dutch) cheese
- - a few tablespoons of butter
- - salt, pepper and dried herbs to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the broccoli in cool water, place on a paper towel and pat dry. Pour water into a saucepan, boil it. Dip the cabbage into boiling water, keep it in water for 3-4 minutes, and then discard it in a colander, dry it completely. Divide the softened cabbage into parts.
Step 2
Rinse the rice thoroughly 5 times so that the water becomes clear. Put the rice in a saucepan, add 70 g of water. cook the rice until all the water is gone.
Step 3
Cut the salmon into thin long slices and grate the cheese.
Step 4
Now you need to collect the casserole. Prepare a baking dish, brush it with butter. Put the rice in an even layer on the bottom of the mold, salmon on the rice, broccoli on the fish. Sprinkle cheese on top of the future casserole.
Step 5
Beat the egg and sour cream together, add cream, salt, pepper, dried herbs, mix well. Turn the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 6
Pour the broccoli and salmon casserole with the egg-cream mixture, place in the hot oven for 25 minutes. Cut the prepared casserole into pieces, arrange on plates and serve.
