There is probably not a single person who will remain indifferent to such a great recipe. Delicate turkey fillet is wonderfully combined in all tastes with potatoes, while adding broccoli to this dish will be an unexpected, but certainly a good solution. Be prepared for your guests to ask for more.
It is necessary
- - 600 g of turkey meat;
- - 1 kg of potatoes;
- - 400 g of broccoli cabbage.
- For the sauce you will need:
- - 1 liter of milk;
- - 100 g butter;
- - 100 g flour;
- - pepper to taste;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the turkey meat into small pieces. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes. Put meat, broccoli and potatoes in a prepared dish.
Step 2
Sprinkle with pepper and salt according to your taste. Melt the butter, then add flour into it and fry a little. Add milk to the mixture of butter and flour and, stirring, cook this mass until it becomes thick.
Step 3
Add pepper and salt and stir. The sauce is ready. Pour the prepared sauce on top into a mold with meat and vegetables. Bake until tender for 1 hour. Cook at about 180 degrees.
