  • - 630 g of pork liver;
  • - 310 g sweet pepper;
  • - 260 g of carrots;
  • - 370 g of hard cheese;
  • - 420 ml of milk;
  • - 410 ml sour cream;
  • - 30 g of garlic;
  • - 110 g semolina.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the liver into thin slices, rinse thoroughly. Soak in milk and refrigerate for 10 hours.

Then remove the liver from the refrigerator, rinse and dry with a napkin.

Step 2

Grate cheese on a fine grater, mix with sour cream, salt. Season with pepper, add garlic and mix thoroughly again.

Step 3

Peel carrots, cut into strips. Wash the pepper, core it, chop finely.

Step 4

Put a mixture of sour cream and cheese on a piece of liver, put carrots and peppers on top and wrap in the form of a roll.

Step 5

Roll each roll thoroughly in semolina, transfer to foil and carefully wrap.

Step 6

Fold the rolls in foil on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 42 minutes. In 20 minutes after the start of baking, the rolls must be turned over.

Step 7

At the end of cooking, release the rolls from the foil and cut them across into thin pieces.
