- Thanks to potassium, folic acid and various antioxidants contained in this fruit, it has a beneficial effect on the nervous system and harmonizes its work. In addition, tangerines are such delicious antidepressants that give energy, relieve anxiety and fatigue.
- Thanks to all the same folic acid and B vitamins, tangerines are useful during pregnancy, as they help not only to strengthen the mother's nervous system, but also in the formation of the child's nervous system. In addition, tangerine infusions, like the fruits themselves, help to reduce the manifestation of toxicosis in pregnant women.
- Tangerines contain a high level of potassium, while sodium is significantly less. It is this combination that helps the blood vessels maintain optimal blood pressure. The combination of vitamins B6 and C, potassium helps to strengthen the cardiovascular system and reduce the possibility of a heart attack, coronary heart disease, hypertension, atherosclerosis, and stroke. The largest amount of substances useful for the heart is contained in the white membrane located between the lobules.
