Probably there is no person who has not tried this crumbly cookie with a beautiful name at least once in his life. This delicacy has a great taste and is easy to prepare. And in order to please them with family and friends, you just need to know a simple recipe, which is presented below.
It is necessary
-
- 4 egg whites;
- 600 g wheat flour;
- 530 g butter or margarine;
- 150-200 g granulated sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of jam;
- pastry syringe or bag.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand so that it has time to melt and become soft enough. Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until the mass increases. Then add the egg whites. Continue whisking the mixture until they are completely combined with the butter.
Step 2
Add flour to the resulting protein-oil mixture. Enter it in small parts. This will help prevent lumps from forming in the dough.
Step 3
After the dough is ready, fill it into a pastry syringe with a special serrated nozzle or a pastry bag with a carved nozzle. Next, squeeze small chamomiles onto a dry and clean baking sheet. Place them at a distance of 2.5-3 cm from each other.
Step 4
If you don't have a piping bag or syringe, make a round or oval cut. Simply place the finished dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then roll it into a thin layer and, using a curly mold or an ordinary glass, cut out the cookies.
Step 5
Mix apple or apricot jam with one teaspoon of sugar. Then place a small amount in the middle of each cookie.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees and place the cookies there. Bake kurabiye for 10 minutes. Next, monitor its condition. Sometimes the cookies are quite ready in 12-13 minutes, or you may have to keep them for a quarter of an hour.
Step 7
Let the liver cool in the baking sheet, otherwise you risk breaking it. Traditionally, these cookies are usually served with a cup of coffee or tea.
