The main advantage of baking bags is the ability to prepare a tasty and juicy dish without the use of mayonnaise, cream and other sauces. Products are stewed in "own juice". Another plus of the packages is that the baking sheet remains clean after cooking.
It is necessary
- - 5 chicken drumsticks with skin;
- - 500 g of raw potatoes;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken drumsticks thoroughly under running water, pat dry with paper kitchen towels and place in a bowl.

Rinse raw potatoes well, peel them, then cut the tubers into thin round slices. Peel the cloves of garlic, cut each in half, remove the green core. Chop the cloves themselves with a knife or pass through a garlic press.
Step 3
Place the chicken drumsticks, potato slices, garlic, and spices in a baking bag. Tie the bag with the supplied strap. Then shake the contents well - the spices should be evenly distributed over the potatoes and chicken. Use a knife to pierce the bag from above in two places - this is necessary for steam to escape from the holes.
Step 4
Place the baking bag on a baking sheet and place in the cold oven. Set the temperature to 200 ° C, the cooking time is 40-50 minutes. After finishing cooking, remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Step 5
Transfer the baking bag to a serving dish (or leave it on a baking sheet) and cut the bag gently. Be careful, hot steam may escape from the inside.
Step 6
Place drumsticks and potatoes on plates, serve with herbs, fresh vegetables or vegetable salad. Serve immediately.
