The secret of this recipe is that the chicken must be pre-marinated, which will give the dish a delicate taste. Fried mushrooms will add a pleasant aroma.

It is necessary

    • 1 chicken;
    • 1 kg of potatoes;
    • 1 onion;
    • 300 g fresh champignons;
    • green onions;
    • salt and black pepper to taste.
    • for the marinade:
    • 1 tbsp. l. fresh ginger
    • 3 cloves of garlic;
    • ½ tsp nutmeg;
    • 1 tsp hot paprika;
    • 1 lemon;
    • 1 tsp salt;
    • 1 tsp curry;
    • 150 g sour cream.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the bird into portions and place in a deep bowl. Prepare the marinade. Chop the garlic with a knife or using a garlic press. Grate fresh ginger root. Squeeze the juice out of one lemon. Put sour cream in a deep cup. Add garlic, ginger, lemon juice, curry, paprika, nutmeg to it and mix thoroughly. Brush each chicken bite with the resulting marinade and place in a deep bowl. Cover with cling film and refrigerate. Leave the chicken to marinate for 2-3 hours. If you wish, you can leave the marinade chicken in the refrigerator overnight.

Rinse the potatoes under running water and peel them. Cut the potatoes into slices no more than 1-1.5 cm thick, put them in a deep cup, salt and stir.

Rinse the mushrooms under water and dry each mushroom thoroughly with a paper towel to absorb all the moisture. Then cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Place the skillet without oil on the fire and place the chopped mushrooms on top of it. Let the moisture from the mushrooms evaporate, then add a little sunflower oil and add the chopped onion. Fry the mushrooms and onions for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine ready-made mushrooms with chopped raw potatoes and stir.

Use a baking sheet or an ovenproof glass dish. Arrange the potatoes with mushrooms, on top of the pickled chicken pieces. Sprinkle with black pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place a baking sheet with and chicken in it. Bake for 60 minutes.
