The recipe for delicious chicken legs with mushrooms and eggplants. It takes about 45 minutes to prepare the dish.
It is necessary
- For 6 servings:
- - dough (puff) - 0.5 kg;
- - chicken drumstick - 6 pcs.;
- - mushrooms (fresh or frozen champignons) - 300 gr.;
- - eggplant - 3 pcs.;
- - onion.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion, eggplant and mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2
Fry all the ingredients in vegetable oil in the following sequence - onions, then eggplants, at the end add the mushrooms 5 minutes until cooked.
Step 3
Salt and pepper the drumstick, fry on all sides in vegetable oil until tender (about 25 minutes).
Then cool it down.
Step 4
Roll out the dough (about 3 mm thick) and divide it into equal squares (about 15 * 15 cm).
Place 2-3 tablespoons of mushroom filling with eggplant in the middle of each.
Step 5
Place a drumstick on the filling, collect the edges of the dough and tie them with a thread.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the bags on top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7
Remove the threads from the bags before serving.
