Instructions

Step 1

Rinse and peel all potatoes. Boil until cooked. Drain the liquid and, adding butter, milk, a little salt and pepper, knead into a puree mass.

Step 2

Peel onions and mushrooms, chop into small cubes. First, fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the chopped mushrooms and fry everything together until the liquid in the pan has completely evaporated. It will take no more than 10-15 minutes. Add the onion-mushroom mixture to the mashed potatoes and stir.

Step 3

Rinse the drumsticks, salt and pepper, then send them to fry in a pan for 25-35 minutes. During the frying process, the meat should be turned over periodically.

Step 4

Arrange the dough in a thin layer (roll it into a 3 mm layer). Trim the edges (set them aside) so that the main shape becomes rectangular.

Step 5

Cut the resulting rectangle into 15 * 15cm squares. Roll out a cake from the deferred dough (scraps). Divide it by the number of squares. Put each piece of cake on square forms of dough to strengthen the bottom of the future bag.

Step 6
