Step 1
Cook the drumsticks in a creamy dill sauce. To do this, rinse 6 pieces of drumsticks, dry and rub well with salt and pepper. Pierce them with a fork in several places and drizzle with olive oil. Fold the drumsticks into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven at 180 ° C until golden brown.
Step 2
For the sauce, finely chop one bunch of dill and one large onion. Fry them in a pan in vegetable oil until the onions are translucent for 5 minutes. Then remove the zest from one lemon with a fine grater and transfer it to the pan. Stir and fry everything together for about 5 minutes more.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, heat 100 grams of 20% fat cream, but do not bring to a boil. Pour the cream into a skillet with onions and dill, season with your favorite spices and cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. This usually takes less than 7 minutes. Pour the sauce over the chicken drumsticks and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
For cooking chicken in hot and sweet sauce, salt 8 drumsticks and drizzle with vegetable oil. Make the sauce. To do this, finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, mix it with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper and add a pinch of turmeric.
Step 5
Place the drumsticks in a deep frying pan, add 200 grams of canned pineapple, cut into pieces and 50 grams of raisins. Pour one glass of pineapple syrup and cooked sauce. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer the chicken for about an hour over medium heat. Serve with boiled rice.

To prepare a fried dish, take the required number of drumsticks, wash them and pat dry with napkins. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with red pepper and salt. Stir until the spices are well distributed over all the drumsticks. Leave covered for half an hour.
Step 7
Pour 50 grams of vegetable oil into a skillet and fry the drumsticks over medium heat for about half an hour. Make sure they do not burn and turn over as needed. Boil or fry potatoes for a side dish.
