It is necessary

  • - chicken drumsticks 8 pcs.
  • For the sauce:
  • - onion 1 pc.;
  • - garlic 1 tooth;
  • - olive oil 50 g;
  • - flour 2 tsp;
  • - dry white wine 1 glass;
  • - pitted olives 200 g;
  • - several sprigs of rosemary;
  • - spices, pepper, salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken drumsticks, pat dry with paper towels, put in a bowl, season with spices, pepper and salt, stir and leave for 10 minutes. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Peel and grind the garlic in a mortar or in your usual way.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the drumsticks in it until golden brown. Then place them on a plate. Put onion and garlic in the same pan and fry until golden brown. Add flour and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Transfer the chicken drumsticks back to the pan, add dry white wine and rosemary sprigs. Simmer the chicken until the sauce is halved. Then add olives and a little water, simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Garnish with chopped herbs when serving. For a side dish, you can serve boiled potatoes in the form of mashed potatoes or prepare a salad of fresh vegetables.
