  • - lemon;

  • - 4-5 cloves of garlic;

  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse chicken drumsticks under the tap and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the garlic into small wedges and stuff the meat with it. Chop the onion in half rings. Shake your hands to make the juice come out slightly, and stir with the chicken legs. Add salt to taste and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

For the sauce, wash and dry fresh apricots. Remove the seeds and puree with a blender. If it is not possible to use fresh fruit, dried apricots will do. Pour it with hot water and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the dried fruits are soft. Then grind them with a blender.
