- - 240 ml sour cream or natural yogurt;
- - 30 ml of olive oil;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - half a tablespoon of dried oregano;
- - medium lemon;
- - half a teaspoon of salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - a few sprigs of parsley;
- - 8-10 chicken drumsticks.

Step 1
First you need to prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix sour cream (yogurt), squeezed garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, zest of one lemon and the juice of half a lemon. Mix all the ingredients and add chopped parsley.

Step 2
Put the chicken in the marinade and mix thoroughly so that the shins are completely covered with it. You can do this in a bowl, or you can use a special plastic bag with a zipper. Put the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190C, put the chicken drumsticks in a glass dish and bake for 45-60 minutes (depending on the drumstick size). You can serve flavored chicken with potatoes, vegetables or rice.
