Chicken in Spanish turns out to be very juicy and spicy. This dish can be served as the main one for any celebration.
It is necessary
- - chicken carcass 1 pc.;
- - sweet bell pepper 2 pcs.;
- - olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - olives 100 g;
- - tomato juice 0.5 l;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - chilli;
- - starch;
- - oregano.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash and dry the bell peppers and chili peppers. Place the peppers on a wire rack and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove the peppers, cool, peel, core. Cut the pulp into strips.
Step 2
Wash the chicken, pat dry with a paper towel and divide into portions. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
Step 3
Pour tomato juice over the meat, add chopped pepper, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid. Place in the oven for 50 minutes.
Step 4
Add the olives to the chicken 10 minutes before cooking. When the meat is ready, transfer it to a dish, drain the tomato juice into a saucepan, add the starch and bring to a boil. Put pieces of meat on a plate, top with sauce and garnish with oregano sprigs.
