  • - 4 chicken legs

  • - 200 ml of white wine

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes. If the tubers are small, cut them in half; large potatoes are best cut into several pieces. Leave the olives whole or chop.

Step 2

Put chopped garlic cloves, onions, cut into rings into a frying pan, previously greased with olive oil, pour the mixture with white wine. Add black pepper, rosemary and salt to taste.

Simmer the onion mixture over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Arrange the chicken legs in a baking dish, season lightly with olive oil and cook in the oven until golden brown. Add cooked onion sauce to the chicken periodically.

Step 4

A few minutes before cooking, pour the last portion of the sauce over the chicken legs and add the thinly sliced lemon wedges. Fry the potatoes in olive oil until golden brown and use as a side dish with Spanish chicken when serving. Sprinkle extra chopped olives over the dish and garnish with fresh herbs.
