  • - chicken drumsticks - 10 pcs.;
  • - carrots - 1 pc.;
  • - pickled hot red pepper - 2 pods;
  • - white Spanish beans in their own juice - 100 g;
  • - tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - pine nuts - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - garlic - 3 cloves;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt - a pinch;
  • - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Mix the garlic with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Add salt and ground pepper. Stir.

Step 2

Rinse the chicken legs with water, pat dry with a paper towel. Rub the chicken drumsticks with garlic oil and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

Remove the beans from the filling, divide each bean lengthwise into two halves. Rinse the carrots with water and peel. Cut into thin slices. Remove the stem and seeds from bell peppers. Cut into strips. Cut hot peppers into slices.

Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the chicken legs until golden brown. Add carrots, tomato paste and vinegar to the chicken. Pour in 50 milliliters of water and simmer the mixture over low heat, covered for 15-20 minutes.
