It will take a long time to cook the chicken with potatoes and beans, but the result is worth it. Delicate and at the same time hearty dish just melts in your mouth.

- 1 kg of chicken;
- 1 tbsp. beans;
- 30 g of mushrooms;
- 1 onion;
- 3 pcs. potatoes;
- 2 medium carrots;
- 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- salt
- ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Beans are boiled for a very long time, so in order to shorten this process, soak them in advance. It is best to do this at night, as it will take 8-12 hours.
Step 2
Marinate the chicken. This is best done in the evening, so that the meat is tender and just melts in your mouth.
Step 3
Cut the meat into fairly large portions of about 100-150 g each (you can make them smaller if you wish). Chop the garlic, crush it lightly with a knife and add to the chicken, pour 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, add vegetable oil, stir and refrigerate overnight (if you do not have time to marinate the chicken in advance, do it a couple of hours before cooking and leave at room temperature).
Step 4
Drain the water from the beans, boil until half cooked for about 30 minutes. Do not add salt.
Step 5
Peel potatoes and carrots. Cut them into rings, 2-3 mm thick, or into cubes. Try to keep the pieces about the same size. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Step 6
Boil fresh mushrooms for 30-40 minutes and cut into small pieces. If you are using frozen mushrooms, do not thaw or boil them first.
Step 7
Place the chicken, marinade, potatoes and carrots in a saucepan or deep baking sheet.
Step 8
Next, add the boiled beans and mushrooms. Top with a layer of onion, cut into half rings.
Step 9
Mix all the ingredients, salt a little (since soy sauce is quite salty, you literally need one or two pinches of salt), add pepper to taste.
Step 10
Pour in some water or chicken stock to cover the bottom of the saucepan or baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Place the roast in the hot oven for about one hour. Make sure that the liquid does not boil away, every 15-20 minutes, add more water or broth.
Step 11
Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs. Serve hot.
