You can surprise your guests and cook chicken stuffed with potatoes. The result is a spectacular, satisfying and incredibly tasty dish. You will need the simplest products: a chicken carcass weighing 1.5 kg; 0.6 kg of potatoes; 4 tablespoons ketchup; 4 tablespoons mayonnaise; 3 cloves of garlic; salt and pepper. The potatoes must first be boiled until half cooked, since they are usually baked slower than chicken and there is a chance of getting a damp filling. Then you need to cut the tubers into cubes, salt, add black pepper and your favorite spices, such as basil.
The chicken carcass must be washed and dried with a paper towel, then stuffed with spiced potatoes. To prevent the filling from falling out, it is worth stitching up the chicken.
