There are many recipes for making chicken and potatoes. For example, these products can be baked in a pot. This is a fairly simple way that even a young housewife can handle.

- potatoes 1 kg;
- butter 30 g;
- cheese 150 g;
- mayonnaise 100 g;

Instructions
Step 1
Take a chicken, wash it, remove the skin and cut the meat. Cut the resulting fillet into small slices and rinse again with running water. The skin can be thrown away.
Step 2
Place the prepared chicken in a deep saucepan and salt. Take a head of garlic, peel it and squeeze the cloves through the garlic press, add it to the chicken. Also add ground black pepper and some seasoning. Stir well and leave for at least 30 minutes to marinate the fillets.
Step 3
While the chicken is marinating, peel and wash the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into small cubes, and grate the carrots in a coarse grater.
Step 4
Place the skillet on the stove and add the butter. Once it boils, add the prepared carrots and onions. Saute vegetables until golden brown. Then remove the pan from the heat.
Step 5
Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut it into small wedges.

Take 6 pots, rinse them with water and dry them. Then add the cooked ingredients to each. Put carrots and onions fried in butter at the bottom. Spread the marinated chicken fillet next. Put a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the chicken, and then potatoes. Lay it so that about 1.5-2 cm remains to the edge of the pot.

Add about a tablespoon of cheese to each finely grated pot.

Then fill all the products with salted boiled water, so that it only covers the edge of the potato. After that, close the pots with lids, put them on a baking sheet and put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for an hour.
