Chicken with potatoes, garlic and herbs is a very simple yet delicious dish. It is better to use chicken thighs for cooking, but drumsticks can also be used. The dish is sure to please all members of your family.

- - chicken thighs - 6 pcs.;
- - potatoes - 1 kg;
- - herbs (you can use both fresh and dried);
- - cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs.;
- - garlic - 3 cloves;
- - olive oil - 2 tsp;
- - salt to taste;
- - pepper to taste.

Step 1
Before cooking, you need to marinate the chicken. To do this, make a marinade. Add finely chopped garlic - 1.5 cloves to kefir, salt and pepper and add half of the cooked greens.
Step 2
Soak chicken thighs in the marinade and leave for half an hour. While the chicken is marinating, peel the potatoes and cut them into long wedges, place on a baking sheet, add a little olive oil, the remaining herbs, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Crush the garlic through a press and put on potato wedges. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place on top of the potatoes as well. Put the marinated chicken thighs on top of the potatoes and pour over the rest of the marinade. The dish is baked in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
