Oven-baked potatoes in circles are a great alternative to their fried counterpart. Add chicken and mushrooms to it and you have a delicious and satisfying dish that fits perfectly into the dinner menu. It is prepared quickly and easily.

- - 500 g chicken fillet;
- - 6 medium sized potatoes;
- - 100 g of champignons;
- - 2 garlic teeth;
- - 1 onion;
- - half a glass of cream;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - 30 g butter;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - salt and black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a chicken fillet, wash it and cut it into small pieces. To prepare this dish, you can take the thighs or breasts and remove the meat from them yourself.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken fillet in it, but only lightly.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Grate the cheese. It is better to give preference to hard cheese.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter, do not spare this product. Place a layer of potatoes in it, put chopped mushrooms on top and salt. Next, place the chicken fillet.
Step 5
Cut the onions into half rings, and pass the garlic through a press or grate. Place the onion and garlic on top of the fillet, salt and season with pepper again.
Step 6
Pour cream over everything. The best option is to use a product with 10-15% fat content. Cover the form with foil and place in the oven, which you need to warm up to 200 degrees in advance. Roast the chicken and mushroom potatoes for at least 45 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the foil and sprinkle the grated cheese on the finished dish. Then leave it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes to get the dish "to the desired condition." It is great hot, warm and even cold.
