Potatoes and mushrooms are two ingredients that combine very harmoniously with each other. If you don't know what to cook quickly and tasty for dinner, try baking potatoes with mushrooms in sour cream sauce in the oven. The potato is saturated with an amazing mushroom aroma and turns out to be very tender and appetizing.

It is necessary

  • - mushrooms (for example, oyster mushrooms) - 400 g;
  • - potatoes - 800 g;
  • - onions - 2 pcs.;
  • - garlic - 3 cloves;
  • - fresh dill - 0.5 bunch;
  • - sour cream - 200 ml;
  • - hard cheese - 200 g (optional);
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - sunflower oil for frying;
  • - baking dish;
  • - foil.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onion into thin quarter-rings, and pass the garlic through a press or chop with a knife. Rinse the mushrooms under running water, dry and chop into large pieces.

Step 2

Take a frying pan, pour sunflower oil into it and heat it well. Then add the onion and fry until golden brown. Add the mushrooms, toss them with the onions, and fry until they begin to juice. Then add chopped garlic, salt to taste and some black pepper. Stir again and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3

In the meantime, peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into circles no more than 2 mm thick. If the tubers are large, then first divide them into two halves.

Step 4

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. While it is heating, grease the baking dish with sunflower oil. Arrange the potatoes in one or two layers, sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Spread the sautéed onions and mushrooms evenly on top, pour with sour cream, pepper it a little.

Step 5

Cover the blank with foil, secure the edges and send to the oven for 40 minutes. After the time has elapsed, take out the form, remove the foil so that the potatoes acquire a golden brown crust. If desired, at this point, the dish can be sprinkled with grated hard cheese. Bake the potatoes with mushrooms for about 15 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the prepared food from the oven and arrange in portions, sprinkle each of them with chopped dill. Serve with a fresh vegetable salad or pickles.
