  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - ¾ l of broth;
  • - 2 peppers;
  • - 400 g of rice;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - 250 g green peas

Instructions

Step 1

Soak rice in water for 30 minutes. Cut the chicken into 16 pieces and sauté in vegetable oil along with the onions and garlic. Cook everything over medium heat until half cooked.

Transfer the browned meat to a fireproof dish.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and place rice in it. Stir until the rice is dry and crackles. Place the rice on top of the chicken, pepper and salt. Pour in the broth, cover the mold with a lid and send to the oven. Simmer everything over low heat for about 30 minutes.

Cut the pork into cubes and fry in a skillet for about 2 minutes. Add chopped peppers and roast over high heat.

Transfer everything to the chicken and rice. Add more broth if necessary. Put the green peas, simmered until half cooked. Mix everything and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
