Step 1

Get a nice piece of lard on the skin. Rinse the fat thoroughly in running water, scrape the skin thoroughly with a knife. The main piece of bacon must be cut into pieces of 200 - 300 grams. Chop bay leaves and mix with black pepper. Boil a linen cloth in salt water.
