This recipe makes an incredibly delicate and fragrant crumpet. Just cook it not in the oven, but steamed - you will be pleasantly surprised how the taste of a familiar dish will change from the cooking method.
It is necessary
- - 250 g flour;
- - 2 cups seedless grapes;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, butter, sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of brown sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon dry yeast;
- - kefir, vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Break 2 eggs into a measuring cup, add butter, top up with kefir, so that you end up with 250 ml. Mix separately sifted flour with yeast, add salt, sugar, pour in the egg-kefir mixture, knead the dough, cover it with foil, let the dough come up every two times (it will take two hours).
Step 2
Rinse the grapes, if they have seeds, then cut each berry and take them out. Mix half of the grapes into the dough that has come up. Grease a steamed baking dish with butter, transfer the dough into it, cover with foil, leave for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Now put the remaining grapes on the cake, sprinkle with a spoonful of brown sugar, place the pan on a saucepan of boiling water, cover with a lid. Cook at medium boil, covered for 30 minutes. The dough should be baked, become more dense. Leave the pie for 10 minutes in a saucepan, turning off the heat underneath. Thanks to this, the finished donut will easily come off the shape.
Step 4
Remove the crumpet from the mold, let it cool slightly to make the dough thicker, then serve the crumpet with grapes for tea or coffee, you can also serve pastries with a glass of warm milk.
