The assortment of grape wines, which are currently offered to our attention in supermarkets, is quite wide, but it will not be possible to buy a quality drink for a small price. That is why many are trying to prepare wine on their own, using Isabella grapes as a base. It is worth noting that, subject to a certain recipe, anyone can make grape wine at home, which will further decorate the table for any occasion.

To make wine you will need:

- 10 kg of Isabella grapes;

- 3 kg of granulated sugar.

The first step is to sort out the berries from the debris. This must be done carefully, since you cannot wash the grapes (there is a special substance on its surface that cannot be washed off the wine: the fermentation process will not take place properly). From this we can conclude that for making wine it is better to take grapes from your own plot, where the berries have not been subjected to all kinds of spraying with the use of chemicals.

Next, the grapes need to be placed in a deep enamel bowl, for example, a bucket or a basin, and crush all the berries (it is most convenient to do this with your hands). After that, the container with the crushed grapes must be covered with gauze and left for four days in a warm place for the fermentation process to begin.

Over time, the berries need to be squeezed out (it is best to use ordinary gauze), the juice is mixed with sugar, and the cake itself can be thrown away. Pour the juice into clean three-liter jars and put on an ordinary medical rubber glove pierced in several places on the neck of each and secure it. Put the jars in a warm place.

After the gloves are deflated (and this happens about 15-20 days), the juice must be filtered through cheesecloth and poured into prepared bottles, closed with corks (it should be noted that at this stage the liquid should be transparent).

Bottles with a drink must be placed in a cool place for two months, and the first month you need to filter the liquid once a week and refill it into the bottles. After the specified time, the wine is ready to drink.
