- For the cake:
- - 1 glass of flour;
- - 1 glass of granulated sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- - 5 eggs.
- For filling:
- - 1 glass of cream 35% fat;
- - 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
- - 10 g of gelatin;
- For decoration:
- - 130 g of shelled walnuts;
- - 2 apples;
- - 1 orange;
- - 40 g of sweet grapes or kiwi.
Instructions
Step 1
Drive eggs into a deep cup, add sugar and mix well. Put this mass in a water bath. The mass should warm up. When it heats up to 50 degrees, take it and cool it a little to room temperature. Sift flour into the cooled mass and knead the biscuit dough.
Step 2
Grease the baking dish with oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the dish with the dough into it. It takes 35-40 minutes to bake the pie. When the biscuit is ready to take out of the oven, chill and divide horizontally into halves.
Step 3
Prepare the cream. Beat the sugar thoroughly with the cream and let it brew a little. Both cakes should be generously greased with cream and allowed to soak. Grease the sides of the cake with butter and sprinkle with pre-fried walnuts.
Step 4
Dissolve gelatin in fruit juice, leave to swell for 20 minutes. After the gelatin has swollen a little, heat it up and cool it down to keep it warm.
Step 5
Lay the cakes on top of each other. Anoint the top cake with cream. Then put the peeled and chopped fruits on top of the cake and pour over with gelatin.
