For these cutlets, you can use any minced meat - chicken, pork, beef. Very tender cutlets are made from minced meat made from turkey fillets. The filling, though simple - mushrooms and onions, is very tasty.

- - 500 g minced meat;
- - 300 g fresh or frozen mushrooms;
- - 200 g onions;
- - breadcrumbs;
- - pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

Step 1
Peel fresh onions, chop them finely.
Step 2
Peel the mushrooms, rinse well, chop. You can take both wild mushrooms and ordinary champignons. Both frozen and fresh are suitable - this is at your discretion.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent. Add prepared mushrooms, lightly salt. Fry the mushrooms until all excess moisture has evaporated (about 15 minutes). Season with ground pepper.
Step 4
Form small cakes with a diameter of 10 cm from the minced meat, put warm mushroom filling in the middle of each cake. Gently join the edges to form a neat patty.
Step 5
Dip the patties in breadcrumbs. You can use crackers with the addition of sesame seeds.
Step 6
Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil on each side for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot. You can decorate such stuffed cutlets with a tomato slice and fresh herbs.
