If you are thinking of a menu for a family dinner, then cook chicken with tomato sauce as the main dish. According to this recipe, you will get a tender chicken with an original sauce made from tomato paste, all the household will have enough of it! If you want to make a hotter sauce, increase the amount of garlic and add chili peppers.

- For chicken:
- - 4 chicken breasts;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 120 g mozzarella;
- - 100 g of parmesan;
- - 80 g bread crumbs;
- - 60 ml of olive oil;
- - basil, salt.
- For tomato sauce:
- - 800 g tomato paste;
- - half an onion;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - dry oregano, salt, sugar.

Grate the onion on a grater, put it in a saucepan, put on medium heat, pour in olive oil.

After a couple of minutes, add the chopped garlic.

Next, add tomato paste with oregano to a saucepan, cook for ten minutes.

Beat off chicken breasts, salt them.

Dip the breasts in a beaten egg, then dip in the breadcrumbs.
