Rinse chilled chicken wings with water. You can also use frozen ones, after defrosting them. But chilled fresh meats tend to taste better.

Place the wings in a large bowl or saucepan for easy stirring. Season with salt and soy sauce. Keep in mind that soy sauce is salty on its own.

Add tomato paste and ground black pepper. Then mix everything well. Cover with plastic wrap and place the dish with wings in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Place foil on a baking sheet. You can do without it, but then the baking sheet will have to be washed. Pour sunflower oil on the foil, distribute it.

Now place the wings on a baking sheet. The most important thing here is to lay them close to each other. Then they will not burn and will be juicy. Pour the tomato-soy sauce remaining on the bottom of the dish onto the wings.
