Cottage cheese is recommended for inclusion in the diet of children from 5 years old, pregnant and lactating women should also use it. It contains minerals - phosphorus and calcium, which are the main materials for the construction of teeth and bone tissue. You can make a nutritious breakfast from cottage cheese in just half an hour. Curd medallions are prepared with orange juice, so in the morning the body will also receive a portion of vitamin C.
