An old tradition is connected with the recipe for making Tibetan dumplings. The dough for momo is kneaded by women, and the filling is exclusively by men. Everyone participates in modeling, and it is imperative to communicate only on pleasant and even funny topics.

- - 4 tbsp. flour
- - 1 kg chicken fillet
- - 1 medium head of onion
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - vegetable oil
- - salt
- - ginger
- - coriander
- - ground black pepper
- - cumin
- - cabbage or lettuce leaves
Instructions
Step 1
In a separate bowl, combine the chicken fillet, chopped into small pieces, chopped onions and garlic, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Salt the mixture, add a small amount of coriander, cumin and black pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly by adding 1 cup of boiled water.
Step 2
Prepare a bouncy dough with flour, one glass of water, and salt. Then roll it out in a thin layer and use a glass or small saucer to cut out the round pieces.
Step 3
Place the meat filling in the center of each circle and form balls that resemble manti or dumplings. In this case, the edges of the workpieces can be moistened with a little water.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish or skillet with butter. Spread the cabbage or lettuce leaves in an even layer. Spread out the momo about 2 cm apart. Cook Tibetan dumplings for 10-15 minutes in the oven.
