Meatballs with tender potatoes are a hearty and aromatic dish. Everyone can cook it, because no special products are required, and the dish is prepared quickly.
It is necessary
- - minced meat - 0.5 kg;
- - three onions;
- - rice - 100 gr.;
- - three cloves of garlic;
- - two carrots;
- - seven potatoes;
- - one bell pepper;
- - tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
- - lavrushka, pepper, salt, oil.

Step 1
Heat oil, sauté chopped onions, carrots and bell peppers. Add tomato paste, cook for another two minutes. Pour in water, add peeled and coarsely chopped potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cook the minced meat while the potatoes are boiling. To do this, rub two onions, chop the garlic. Soak the rice in hot water for half an hour.
Step 3
Stir the minced meat with garlic, onion, rice. Salt, pepper, knead. Form meatballs, place in boiling broth with potatoes.
