Making a soufflé from cottage cheese and apples is simple and quick, especially if the assistants have a microwave. This dish is suitable for dieters and can be offered to children for breakfast. We will understand the preparation step by step.

Step 1
Rinse the egg, apple in running water. Break a chicken egg into a deep bowl. Grate the apple and combine it with the curd. It is better to take cottage cheese not grainy.

Put the curd-apple mass to the egg, and mix all the ingredients with a fork. Prepare microwave-safe tins. Put the semi-finished product in them to the very top.
Step 3
Place the filled forms in the microwave, turn it on for 5-7 minutes. Readiness is checked by touching the top of the soufflé, i.e. if the curd sticks, bake for a couple more minutes.
Step 4
Cool the cottage cheese-apple soufflé before serving; if desired, you can combine the dish with jam or sprinkle with cinnamon.
