Meat and cottage cheese soufflé is a very tender and tasty dish. Thanks to the veal, the soufflé turns out to be very light, but satisfying. The soufflé will take its crown on your dining table.

- - 500 g young veal
- - 500 g of homemade cottage cheese
- - 2 chicken eggs
- - 30 g butter
- - 30 g of hard cheese
- - 30 g white bread
- - 40 ml of milk
- - 1/4 bell pepper of different color for decoration
- - parsley and dill

Step 1
Wash the meat, remove the films and fat, cut into two or three pieces and cook until cooked for about 1 hour. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it cool, covering it with a towel.
Step 2
Soak the bread in warm milk and squeeze out a little.
Step 3
Twist the meat, cottage cheese and bread in a meat grinder with a fine mesh, add the yolks, half a little softened butter, mix well.
Step 4
Beat the whites with a mixer. Stir the minced meat well with a spoon.
Step 5
Put the minced meat on a greased baking sheet, you can use an asterisk or a heart, it will be nice, or in portioned molds, smooth the minced meat. Grate cheese, sprinkle on top. Drizzle with a little butter.
Step 6
Put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 7
Use peppers to make decorations, such as flowers, and sprinkle with herbs. Rice, boiled potatoes or vegetables can be served with the soufflé.
