This roll with cheese and cottage cheese tastes quite good - not dry at all. Chicken meat will be juicy and tender if you do not overexpose the dish in the oven. Garlic cloves and peppers add extra flavor.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut out the bones and skin from the chicken breast. Beat off the meat and arrange in one layer without holes on the table. Season with pepper and salt.
Step 2
Combine curd with chopped parsley leaves, garlic pressed through a press and coarsely grated or finely chopped cheese. Salt lightly. Place the curd filling on the edge of the chicken layer.
Step 3
Wrap the chicken roll so that all the filling is inside. Fold the foil in two layers and coat it with butter or sour cream. Place the chicken roll on the foil and brush it on top too.
Step 4
Fasten the wrapped roll with threads. Preheat the oven to 220 oC, place the roll in the oven and bake for half an hour. Next, open the foil slightly and increase the temperature to the maximum. When the roll is browned, the dish can be considered ready.
