The combination of spinach, cottage cheese and red fish is not only very healthy, but also incredibly tasty! The original type of appetizer will be a wonderful decoration for a festive table.
It is necessary
- Spinach frozen in washers 200 gr
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Filling:
- Cottage cheese 200 gr
- Paprika pinch
- Greens, salt to taste
- Lightly salted salmon 150 gr
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost spinach washers. Beat eggs, spinach, flour, salt and pepper in a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the dough onto baking paper and bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes (focus on the thickness of the layer and the features of the oven). It is better to make the layer thinner, because the thick crust will begin to break when wrapped. Leave the finished cake to cool to room temperature.
Step 3
While the cake is cooling, prepare the filling: beat with a blender until creamy cottage cheese, spices and herbs.
Step 4
Spread cottage cheese with a thin layer on the cooled cake, then spread thinly sliced pieces of fish.
Step 5
Roll the cake into a roll, wrap it tightly with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Cut the roll into pieces before serving.
