- - leafy frozen spinach - 180 g;
- - hard grade - 200 g;
- - curd cream (you can buy ready-made or make yourself) - 200 g;
- - 2 eggs.

Step 1
First you need to defrost the spinach - put it in a bowl and hold it outside the freezer. Mix it with a raw egg until smooth.

Now we take a baking sheet, put baking paper on it, smear a little with oil and pour out the spinach mass, leveling it over the baking sheet. Grate cheese, sprinkle with spinach.

Put the baking sheet in the oven, turned on at 200 degrees, hold there for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool well.

Spread the curd cream over the surface of the baked spinach. Place the thinly sliced salmon on top.

Roll the layer gently into a roll. In general, it separates from baking paper normally, but you can play it safe and remove it in advance. Wrap everything tightly in foil. The wrapped roll should be put in the refrigerator and kept there overnight.
